Proverbs 21:5 (AMP) |
The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance and advantage, But everyone who acts in haste comes surely to poverty.
Precious saints,
Do you know what's consistent in the Old and New Testament? The Business Bible Model of Almighty God of both covenants. That is simply to take care of the disadvantaged, the poor, those who are less fortunate. With great demonstration of humility/kindness/love for our neighbor, well then time the harvest shall manifest (Genesis 8:22, Luke 10:2).
Do you remember what Proverbs 31:8-9 taught us?
8 Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.
9 Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.
9 Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.
And to remain consistent or to have a consistency of divine provision (that is) the precious ministering angels who unexpectedly show up in times only you'll notice (Hebrews 13:2). Well, Ephesians 4:28 tells us - Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need.
In closing,
2nd Thessalonians 3:10 - “If anyone is unwilling to work, he shall not eat.”
My paraphrase - If we're unwilling to have the (James chapter 2) faith in God's redemptive plan, then we'll miss out.
James 2:17 - faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
