Job 8:7, 42:12, 16-17
Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.
12 So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses.
16 After this lived Job an hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons' sons, even four generations.
17 So Job died, being old and full of days.
Saints,
Despite the trials and afflictions on this journey (Psalm 34:19, John 16:33), do have the assurance of knowing. Life certainly gets better! Any sign of impatience is the opportunity to chase God down (Philippians 3:12) as He has apprehended us! After 29 years of chasing God and mistakes galore, thank God for the biblical principle of seed-faith and harvest (Genesis 8:22, Ecclesiastes 11:2). Again, our seed-faith will go further than any blunder (1 Corinthians 1:26-31). I am a witness! You shall continually smile! Because God's principle is foundational.
In Closing,
Live by faith, NOT by sight.
And please enjoy the journey!
James 5:7-8, 11
Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer awaits the precious fruit of the soil—how patient he is for the fall and spring rains. 8 You, too, be patient and strengthen your hearts, because the Lord’s coming is near.
11 We count those blessed who endured. You have heard of the endurance of Job and have seen the outcome of the Lord’s dealings, that the Lord is full of compassion and is merciful.
