A Great Reminder

From Moses to Paul to Peter, all reiterate some sound wisdom of which James closes with.

You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD.  Leviticus 19:18

Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men.  Romans 12:17

See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.  1 Thessalonians 5:15

Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.  1 Peter 3:9

In Closing from our dear brother James...

But the wisdom from above is first of all pure, then peace-loving, gentle, accommodating, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial, and sincere. 18 Peacemakers who sow in peace reap the fruit of righteousness.  James 3:17-18
