While You're Working

All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had. 33 With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need. Ephesians 4:28

Saints,

While you're working, I'd like to encourage you to set aside from each paycheck a sum of cash to help any in need right within your community.  I LOVE how 1 Timothy 6:19 says so gloriously - 'storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.'

That's right!  

You're storing up a good foundation for the time to come. 

And please know, the more you help the needy, the more you are BLESSED!  2 Corinthians 9:6 tells us - Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.
