Romans 2:28-29 (KJV)
28 For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: 29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Precious saints,
By birth, I am Palestinian, yet in the spirit I rejoice being called to fellowship with Jesus (1 Corinthians 1:9). Let me take this time and share the precious joy of the Old Testament...
Wasn't it in Genesis like Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob where He called me to stretch my faith muscle not once, but multiple times.
Wasn't it in Exodus where He gave me the 10 Commandments, yet in Romans 13:10 He said Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
Wasn't it in Exodus 23 & Leviticus 23 where He gave me the importance of celebrating His holidays and being kind to the poor (Leviticus 19:33-34).
Wasn't it in Numbers 23:19 where it's written God is not a man that He should lie.
Wasn't it in Deuteronomy where He said to me it is He who gives me power to get wealth.
Wasn't it in Joshua where He told me don't assume and as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
Wasn't it in Judges where He told me to repent, start over again, and like Gideon we all can be called to fight the good fight of faith.
Wasn't it in Ruth where we told Him “Why have I found favor in your eyes, that you should take notice of me, since I am a foreigner?”
Wasn't it in 1 and 2 Samuel where we discover the courage of David and how we all can relate to his story. Even in failure we rejoice for no one is perfect (1 John 1:8-10). Was so curious why so many people hold unforgiveness? Reminds me of John 8:7 where Jesus told the Pharisee's "He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone... "
Wasn't it in Job where His wife told him 2:9-10 to curse God and die. Yet, Job so graciously, lovingly told her you talk like a worldly woman. I know myself and I can relate to Job's wife by yelling my head off at God, but I am grateful in His mercy to repent and try to understand the big picture of God.
Wasn't it in Psalms 23, 37, 73, 100 and so many other psalms where He tells us 'fret not' and simply 'Praise Him'.
Wasn't it in Proverbs He calls us to wisdom and teaches us the law of kindness.
Wasn't it in Ecclesiastes where He tells us everything is vanity and to find life, just give everything away (Ecclesiastes 11:1-2).
Wasn't it in Isaiah chapter 9 where He tells us in verse 6 and 16....
6 For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
16 For the leaders of this people cause them to err, And those who are led by them are destroyed.
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
16 For the leaders of this people cause them to err, And those who are led by them are destroyed.
Wasn't it in Isaiah 43:25-26 where He doesn't remember my sins and calls me to rise up boldly & plead my case with Him that I may be justified. God is cool!
Wasn't it in Jeremiah where He graciously tells me my own backsliding will correct me 2:19.
Wasn't it in Hosea where He call him to marry a prostitute for the land has commited great whoredom 1:2. At this point, I must say, life is certainly interesting, so let's not judge anyone. For what God has put together, let no man get in the way. Galatians 5:6 faith works through love, so be kind.
Wasn't it in Haggai where God calls us to build Him a house, before we build ours. From experience, I rejoice at sharing His mathematical formula is always most fascinating. Take care of God's business, and He'll take care of our business.
Wasn't it in Zechariah 4:6 where He tells us a powerful mathematical equation "NOT by might, NOR by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts." I feel like Gomer Pyle now and say - surprise, surprise, surprise.
In Closing,
With Romans 2:29 along with many scriptures, walk in the spirit, pray in tongues to talk to God & edify self (Isaiah 28:11-12, Jude 1:20, 1 Cor 14:2, 4). Don't think too much, we'll only hurt ourselves (read Romans 8:7). As Jesus said, what we do in secret, God will reward us openly (Matthew 6).
Galatians 3:24 (KJV)
Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
