Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death.
Saints,
If
you’re not employed, no worries. As long
as you’ve been walking with Jehovah Tsidkenu (The Lord Our Righteousness),
then you’re in good hands with Jehovah Jireh (The Lord Our Provider).
Remember, His Word is above His name (Psalm
138:2) so His promises are not only Yes and Amen, but as The Bible says ‘Salvation’
is of the Lord (Psalms 3:8, 9:9, 37:39, 46:1, Isaiah 12:2), NOT us.
Jesus is the bridegroom,
and the church is the bride. Read…
Ephesians 5:23-27 (KJV)
23 For the husband is the head of
the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the
saviour of the body.
24 Therefore as the church is
subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own
husbands in every thing.
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as
Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
26 That he might sanctify and
cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27 That he might present it to
himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but
that it should be holy and without blemish.

1.
What’s the bridegroom’s
responsibility? - In one word “Salvation”
2.
What’s the bride’s responsibility? – One, God gives seed to the sower (Isaiah 55:10, 2 Corinthians
9:10). So if we look at the perfect bride, begin with Proverbs 31…
Proverbs 31:13-31 (KJV)
13 She seeketh wool, and flax, and
worketh willingly with her hands.
14 She is like the merchants'
ships; she bringeth her food from afar.
15 She riseth also while it is yet
night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.
16 She considereth a field, and
buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.
17 She girdeth her loins with
strength, and strengtheneth her arms.
18 She perceiveth that her
merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night.
19 She layeth her hands to the
spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.
20 She stretcheth out her hand
to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.
21 She is not afraid of the snow
for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.
22 She maketh herself coverings of
tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.
23 Her husband is known in the
gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.
24 She maketh fine linen, and
selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.
25 Strength and honour are
her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.
26 She openeth her mouth with
wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.
27 She looketh well to the ways of
her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
28 Her children arise up, and call
her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.
29 Many daughters have done
virtuously, but thou excellest them all.
30 Favour is deceitful, and
beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she
shall be praised.
31 Give her of the fruit of her
hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.
What if the husband doesn’t provide for his household.
What if he gets laid off? What about the stock market?
What if the economy takes a dump?
Now, in reference to God. The answer is revealed with 1 Corinthians 1:9…
God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
So according to 1 Peter 5:7 (AMPC) Casting the
whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns,
once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about
you watchfully.
Not only this but 1 Timothy 5:8 (KJV) ..if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
While we are not always faithful (2 Timothy 2:13) God remains steadfast in faithfulness!
Be patient, then, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer awaits the precious fruit of the soil—how patient he is for the fall and spring rains. 8 You, too, be patient and strengthen your hearts, because the Lord’s coming is near.
